The VRDays Foundation is dedicated to advancing a human-centric metaverse and promoting sustainable technological developments that benefit society and the planet as a whole.

The highlight of these satellite events is the celebratory 10th edition of Immersive Tech Week, scheduled for 2024. Leading up to this milestone, each event in the series will contribute to a comprehensive retrospective, providing a holistic view of the XR journey and its evolution.

The inaugural satellite event, themed “XR in Heritage and Education,” will take place in Cyprus on October 13th, in cooperation with CYENS. This event aims to explore the transformative potential of Immersive Technologies in Education and Cultural Heritage. It will foster discussions, insights, and collaborations that will shape the future of XR applications in these critical domains. Keynote speaker Prof. Miriam Reiner, Head of the Virtual Reality and Neurocognition Lab at Technion, will be joined by other distinguished speakers.
