Federico Anselmi has been involved in the European XR industry since 2018. He began his career as coordinator of the Venice Immersive section of the Venice International Film Festival for three years. Since 2022, he has worked with Immersive Tech Week and IFFR Pro CineMart, producing their respective markets. In 2024, he joined XR4Europe as Project and Community Manager.

Federico at Immersive Tech Week is now the coordinator of the IMPULSE funding market, which is part of a European accelerator programme that supports creative projects and businesses at various stages of development via coaching, pitching, and match-making opportunities.
