Arjan van Hekezen is practor Immersive Technologies in Education (ITE) and teacher at STC Group and has a commercial background in the Logistics Industry. His goal with the practoraat ITE is to conduct practical research with a focus on immersive technologies. The research question of the practoraat is whether education is experienced as more interesting when using these immersive technologies, what impact it has on the learning results and whether knowledge is retained longer.
