Ester has been a professional software developer and consultant for 20 years, working for AAA clients as well as running her own business ventures. Throughout her career, she has always been interested in working with new and emerging technologies, including mobile/wearable computing and Virtual/Mixed Reality. In 2018 she founded Resistance Studio, a game development company currently working on a humourous Virtual Reality game called Fix it Fast, which is scheduled to be launched on Meta Quest and PSVR2 in 2025.
