Faviola is the Founder and Chief Innovation Officer of NeuroReality, a medtech company providing a VR-based software platform, ‘Koji’s Quest,’ using neuroscience, gamification, and AI for cognitive rehabilitation of brain injuries. Faviola has lived in 9 countries, giving her a unique perspective on innovation. She is a representative for Women in STEM on the Forbes Technology Council, Advisor to STEM.org, and has won a number of awards including: Health 2.0s Outstanding Leadership Award 2023, VIVA400s Most Successful Women in Healthcare and Education in 2022 and 2021, and MedTech Outlook’s Top Neurology Solution Provider in Europe 2020.
