Once started as a nurse anesthesia, he progressed his career into the education. As a teacher, and later as an educationalist at Erasmus MC, Jeffrey is performing research and faculty-/ curriculum development for (XR) clinical simulation education in nursing. Now he is also educationalist for DUTCH and leading in the transformation of the on-the-job learning which will include (XR) simulation education. The program aims to substitute 50% of the on-the-job learning for simulation education. The program has granted funding from the Dutch government. How does this process proceed and how can we make this transformation within the collaboration of public and private companies?
