After my training as a nurse, I became interested in the overarching challenges of our (but also global) healthcare system. After gaining experience in consultancy & the management traineeship at Amsterdam UMC, I now work as a strategic advisor and national program manager of the DUTCH consortium, were we strive to transform the education of healthcare professionals . DUTCH strives for a disruptive transformation of training and lifelong learning of healthcare professionals by developing and implementing XR digital and simulated learning resources.
