Prof. dr. Max M. Louwerse is Professor in Cognitive Psychology and Artificial Intelligence at Tilburg University, and Professor by Special Appointment at Maastricht University (BISS). Louwerse published over 160 articles in academic outlets on virtual, mixed, and augmented reality, computational linguistics and psycholinguistics, and intelligent tutoring systems.He served as principal investigator, co-principal investigator, and senior researcher on a variety of research projects, and was founder of a number of public-private partnership initiatives.
