Remco Hoogendijk (1970) is Manager Projects & Innovation at the Sint Maartens Clinic and is engaged in identifying, introducing and implementing exponential technologies in healthcare. He is the president of the XR4REHAB Association & Innovation network and the Lead partner in the EU funded projects VR4REHAB & ScaleUp4Rehab. After studying business economics at Radboud University, he worked in various positions on the implementation of complex innovation processes in healthcare. Remco is also a member of a supervisory board of an Elderly Care organisation and board member of the Nijmegen Rugby Club The Wasps
