Sophie is the head of Future of Work UX at Google, where she works with hardware, software and the physical environments to create new ways to interact, be productive and be well at work. Her deep understanding of the emotional development of automated assistants and artificial intelligences, as well as physical spaces makes her an expert and frequent thought leader in the field of the ethical AI and future human-machine interaction. She’s a regular speaker at the House of Beautiful Business, SXSW and occasionally writes for Harvard Business Review.Sophie holds a MA in Communication Design and a MBA in Product Design. She is a Fulbright fellow and taught at the University of the Arts in Berlin, at HyperIsland in Stockholm, and at the Parsons School of Design in NYC.
