Benal Johnson brings immersive experiences to life at the intersection of storytelling, emerging technology, and physical design. As Senior Designer at Tellart in Amsterdam, she creates work that pulls people in – experiences where the designed environment and the human inside it are genuinely in conversation.

Her background spans industrial design, UX strategy, and research – with stints at Capital One, where her work drove a 150% lift in user opt-in, and teaching at UC Berkeley and Carnegie Mellon. She trained as both an industrial and experience designer, and that double lens shows in everything she makes.
