Cecilie Grydeland Lundsholt is the artistic and general manager of Theater Vestland, a regional theatre in Vestland Norway, overseeing modern theater operations with 23 permanent staff and freelance artists, producing 4-7 annual productions. In this role, she curates repertoire, manages artistic teams, and develops strategies for organizational growth. Previously, she led Teatret Vårt’s children’s theate. Lundsholt is an accomplished playwright and director and has since 2015 explored theatre and new technology. She has written and directed “Briar and Rose in the Land of Fairytales” exploring the use of AR in theatre for a young audience.
