Javier Campos has been building with immersive technologies since before XR was a common acronym.

As CEO of VorTX, he is making it easier for educators and trainers to create 3D and XR learning experiences – no specialist development skills required. The platform grew out of over a decade leading technical XR and AR projects across Spain and the UK, and three years of hands-on work with institutions through Aumenta Vilanova.

A board member of XR4Europe since 2026 and AWS-certified educator, Javier brings both the builder’s instinct and the teacher’s patience to everything he does. Someone who has been in the room long enough to know what actually works.
