Jinjin Zhang is a product-led technology leader focused on immersive technologies, applied AI, and human-centered automation at enterprise scale. At AstraZeneca and Alexion, she has built shared experience and 3D asset catalogues, an in-house engineering team, and a reuse model with demonstrable savings — moving XR from experimental spend to operational infrastructure.

Her work sits at the intersection of innovation and execution: translating real-world business needs into reusable, governed products that augment people, not just processes. She has navigated vendor consolidation firsthand, with three suppliers going bankrupt in 2025, and brings hard-won perspective on build-vs-partner decisions, platform dependency, and what ownership of immersive assets actually means at scale.
