Krupasagar Sridharan arrived at immersive technology via one of the more interesting routes in the room.
Two decades in Indian film and television – producing Bigg Boss, working alongside Mani Ratnam and Mira Nair, directing a UN collaboration featuring A.R. Rahman – before pivoting to experiential design at CustomTechnologies Design Lab, where he now leads The Learning Room: a headset-free, projection-based XR environment helping neurodivergent children build real-life skills through immersive scenarios.
Trained at the Royal Court Theatre and the New York Film Academy, Sagar brings a storyteller’s instinct to a space that badly needs one. The technology serves the human. That is the thread running through everything he does.
