Nikolina Pomenić brings a strategist’s eye to the future of maritime innovation. As a project developer at Prigoda – the Regional Development Agency of Primorsko-goranska County in Croatia – she has been shaping the INNO2MARE project from day one, from the very first funding application through to implementation.

At ITW, Nikolina represents Prigoda’s lead role in building a long-term research and innovation strategy for the maritime industries of Adriatic Croatia and Western Slovenia – a strategy designed to align with regional, national and EU policies while driving real digital and green transition.

She works at the intersection of European funding, regional development and maritime innovation – a combination that makes her a practical and well-connected voice on how EU projects translate into impact on the ground.
