Pascale Stomp works at the place where culture meets its digital future. As Junior Project Advisor at DEN – the Dutch knowledge institute for culture and digital transformation – she helps museums, theatres, libraries and heritage organisations navigate AI, audience data and the shift to digital, without losing sight of who they serve.
Before pivoting to research, she spent years running daily operations at Pathé Tuschinski, one of Amsterdam’s most iconic cinemas. She then earned a master’s in Cultural Data & AI at the University of Amsterdam. That combination – operational instinct plus analytical rigour – shapes everything she does.
At ITW, Pascale presents DEN’s mission: preparing the cultural sector for the audience of tomorrow.
