Peter Faulhaber has spent 25 years designing learning that works for the people who actually build, fix, and operate things. As Senior L&D Specialist at Strukton, one of the Netherlands’ largest rail infrastructure companies, he is building the Strukton Academy from the ground up – with a focus on blue-collar workers whose training needs to stick under real pressure.

Before Strukton, Peter spent a decade at NS Leercentrum designing training for train maintenance engineers, where he was an early adopter of VR, extended reality, and AI-assisted learning tools. He brings frameworks like the 5 Moments of Need and behavioural design to problems that most L&D teams still solve with a PowerPoint.
