Pim Schachtschabel doesn’t just design experiences – he builds worlds that pull people in and change how they think. As Design Director at Tellart, he works at the intersection of storytelling, spatial design, and immersive technology to create experiences that leave a mark.

He co-founded Sherlocked, one of Europe’s most celebrated escape room companies, growing it from a single room to 15 experiences and 30,000 visitors a year. He also built a mobile transmedia game that blurred the line between virtual and physical worlds.

Pim trained as an architect – at TU Delft and ETH Zürich – and that foundation shows. He thinks in systems, spaces, and stories. What he brings to any room is the rare combination of maker, thinker, and narrator.
