Roy Janssen has been building immersive applications for over a decade – from Microsoft HoloLens and AR solutions to the full VR production pipeline he now runs inside one of the Netherlands’ most demanding IT environments.

As Product Owner of the Immersive Application Team at Dutch Defence JIVC, Roy leads a 14-person team that has taken VR from experiment to 12+ applications in production – building procedure trainers, vehicle orientations, and managed deployments across the entire Defence organisation. Through Semper IT Services, he has been developing HoloLens and mixed reality applications for enterprise clients since 2016.
