Vivian H.H. Chen holds a Ph.D. in Communication. She has extensive experiences in studying on how immersive technology brings changes in communication behaviors and social relationships. Her interdisciplinary research focuses on not only the psychological and social impacts of immersive media but also the design of interactive digital media, such as serious games, virtual reality and AI for positive social, psychological and learning outcomes.
