Vytautas Bernotas is the kind of founder who doesn’t wait for the infrastructure to exist – he builds it. As CEO of Cloud Atlas, he is developing the distributed computing network that makes real-time XR, AI and smart city applications actually work at scale: fog and edge computing layers that process data where it is generated, not thousands of kilometres away in a data centre.

Based in Vilnius, Vytautas brings a rare combination of deep tech and entrepreneurial range. Alongside Cloud Atlas, he founded Wacademy Global – an EdTech platform that has trained thousands of web designers through real-world project experience – and Getspace, built around the belief that digital space should be accessible to everyone, regardless of income.
