Each page shows an illustration of Irish wildlife, which becomes animated through the magic of AR, seen through an app on a mobile phone or tablet.

Growing Up Human is about connecting to nature and trusting your intuition. I am writing poetry to work alongside the animations and they are encouraging the reader to hold on to the spontaneity and creativity of youth as they grow up. The animations are made by hand drawn stop motion.

The wildlife animations will inspire the user to connect to nature and feel at home in nature too.
