Teamed with an ensemble cast, from whole foods gleaming in purity to ultra-processed imposters, you navigate the biological theatre of the gut, meeting organs, microbes, enzymes and bacteria. The experience reveals who’s really choosing when we reach for food, how different choices shape our bodies, communities and planet, and ultimately empowers a new generation of eaters.
