Insight Realm is an immersive XR experience that externalizes cognitive biases as a navigable garden. Users physically deconstruct negative mental loops through somatic gestures. Standard room-scale, 6×6 ft minimum. Single player.

It places users inside a Perception Box—a metaphorical garden where cognitive biases become tangible spatial elements. Grounded in embodied cognition research, users progress through five stages: observing inherited perception patterns, identifying biases, and physically dismantling them through gardening gestures.Perception-Emotion-Behavior triad drives each interaction, transforming abstract mental blockages into a lived experience of cognitive liberation.

The goal is to demonstrate how sensory-based spatial interaction can reconfigure self-perception, strengthen human agency, and function as a metacognitive tool for emotional resilience within synthetic environments
