LIMIAR is a VR decision simulator for residential care professionals. It recreates the moments formal training rarely prepares people for: ethical dilemmas with no single correct answer, unfolding under pressure and with real consequences. Each scenario is based on documented incidents from residential care. Participants make decisions, face the outcome, and complete a structured debrief designed for reflection rather than evaluation. Built in Unity for Meta Quest 3.
