Project PALAESTRA is a Horizon Europe project running from 2025 to 2027. It develops an AI-powered platform to support training for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and explosive incidents.
CBRNe training is essential but difficult to make realistic, safe, consistent, and scalable. Scenario design takes time and expertise, while instructors often have limited visibility during exercises and reviews are usually manual and based on partial information.
PALAESTRA supports the full training cycle, from planning to live monitoring and after-action review. It enhances existing training methods rather than replacing them, helping reduce instructor workload, improve coordination, provide structured feedback, and strengthen preparedness for high-risk incidents.
